Herbal medicine naturally balances and supports your body’s healing. Unique herbal combinations are designed for each individual. These are tailored to your body, symptoms, and health history.

therapeutic Healing methods

  • Acupuncture is the practice of inserting very thin, sterile, single-use needles at specific points across the body. Each acupuncture point has therapeutic effects and connects to the energetic pathways of the organs within your body. Treatments are curated to balance and promote your body’s intelligence to heal, in order to treat both the symptoms and root causes of your condition.

  • The ear includes a microsystem of acupuncture points that correspond to the whole human body and is proven effective for treating various ailments like body pain, insomnia, addiction, and more. Ear seeds, a small sticker that contains a seed from a Vaccaria plant, may be applied as part of your treatment to stimulate points on the ear and can stay on for up to a week.

  • Herbal Medicine comes from nature and may consist of plant, mineral, or animal materials. It is in the custom combination of these ingredients that balanced herbal medicine formulas are built to effectively treat health conditions and minimize side effects.

We offer herbal medicine in the form of granules that can be mixed with hot water to drink as a tea, as well as tablets and capsules. We are committed to sourcing premium and high-quality herbal products to ensure patient safety and treatment effectiveness.

  • Infrared heat lamp is used to increase microcirculation and loosen fascia and muscles. This promotes the body’s natural healing process and is helpful for those experiencing muscle tightness, inflammation, and pain.

  • Acupressure is the application of manual pressure to acupuncture points and along acupuncture pathways to promote balance and healing.

  • Tui Na is a traditional Chinese style of bodywork techniques that work with the musculoskeletal system, along with acupuncture points and pathways, to relieve pain and promote healing.

  • Cupping involves the use of glass cups and fire to create a suction for when the cups are applied to the body. Cups may be kept stationary or moved which can feel like a deep tissue massage. Cupping is used to release muscle tension, fascia, increase circulation, and clear inflammation.

  • Gua Sha involves sliding the smooth edge of a tool across the surface of a body area. This treatment increases circulation and releases muscle tension and fascia.

  • Lifestyle recommendations may include self-care techniques, such as sleep hygiene, stretches, meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, and more.

  • Chinese Medicine views food as medicine, which means it can both support and hinder your optimal health. Food recommendations may be offered to contribute to your treatment goals.
