Rooted in Creativity: Healing and Growth through Creative Expression

  • Persimmon Acupuncture 4148 24th St San Francisco United States (map)

In an intimate setting grounded in creative and healing modalities, we’ll explore ways to connect inward on your healing journey.

Guided by three facilitators—Vina, Tina, and Christina—who will each present their unique perspective and modality on healing, you’ll engage in community conversations, a mini-writing and creative workshop, and meditation and movement practices. You can learn more about the facilitators by reading their bios below.

Through our healing journeys, we’ve discovered that it takes a community to disrupt the cycle of intergenerational trauma and pain. We intend for this offering to be a part of your healing process, and we invite you to come as you are. We hope you leave with renewed support and tools on your healing journey.

Spots are limited to ensure an intimate and supportive environment. The event will take place outdoors and involve movement, so we suggest wearing warm, comfortable layers. We offer an open invitation to arrive 15 minutes before the event to settle into the space.

Registration is $35 and includes a signed copy of

The Veil Between Two Worlds: A Memoir of Silence, Loss, and Finding Home. Food and tea will be available.

Registration is non-refundable. If you would like to attend and are experiencing financial hardship, please reach out to tina@persimmonacupuncture.com
